Terms & Conditions

Who We Are

PlumberWebPros is a founder-led web studio operated by Beaconvera LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. A signed project agreement controls if it differs from these website terms.

Before a Project

Anything we review or share before a signed project — a look at your current site, a sample, or a concept — is informational only. It may point to keeping the current site, making targeted changes, or considering a rebuild. It is not a legal, security, accessibility, search, or compliance certification.

Project Price and Payment

The Website Rebuild (the Foundation package) is $2,297 for projects booked by October 20, 2026, and $2,997 for projects booked on or after October 21, 2026. Booked means the agreement is signed and the first payment received. The price is paid in two equal halves. The first half is the deposit that starts the project. The second half is due after written approval and before launch, and the site goes live once it is paid. Payment method and invoicing details are confirmed directly before the deposit.

What the Price Covers

The rebuild covers a homepage plus five standard pages — About, Contact, Reviews, Privacy, and Terms — which are not counted against any quota, together with up to eight service and area pages combined. Pages beyond that are $150 per page, quoted and approved in writing before they are built.

Timeline, Drafts, and Revisions

The usual delivery window is seven to fourteen business days after the deposit, materials, and access are complete. The project includes one working first draft and up to two reasonable revision rounds within the agreed scope. Each round of feedback comes back as one consolidated set within five business days. If a draft sent for review gets no response for thirty days, the project is paused and archived; restarting it is arranged separately.

Refunds

The deposit is not refundable once work has started. It is refunded in full if the project is cancelled within forty-eight hours of the deposit and before work begins, and in full if we cannot deliver the project for reasons on our side. In addition, if the third version still misses the direction agreed at the start, the client may request a full deposit refund within five business days of receiving it, provided the site has not been approved, launched, transferred, downloaded, or used. The project then ends with no balance due and no right to use the drafts or source files. A materially new direction is a scope change.

The First Three Months After Launch

For the first three months after launch, the Local Search Foundation is included at no additional charge. During those months we work on the site's pages around a small, agreed set of local search terms, help keep the Google Business Profile current, help with replies to Google reviews, and publish blog posts for which the client supplies the text. The amount of that work each month is agreed with the client in writing and is not fixed by these terms. Writing original articles from scratch is not part of these three months; that is part of Growth. Those months also include up to two small text, image, or business-hours changes per month, and one written report per month. They do not cover new pages, major redesign, paid advertising, or third-party service failures.

Launch, $1,197 One-Time

Launch is a smaller five-page website at $1,197, paid in full on the day of signing. The payment is refunded in full if the project is cancelled within forty-eight hours of signing and before work begins, and in full if we cannot deliver the project for reasons on our side. The five pages are Home and Contact plus three more chosen from our page menu; Privacy and Terms pages are included free and never count against those picks. All copy is drafted from a single intake conversation. Launch includes one consolidated revision round and a thirty-day technical fix window after launch. It does not include ongoing local search work.

Upgrading from Launch to Foundation

A Launch website can be upgraded to a Foundation build. The upgrade window starts on the day the Launch site goes live or sixty days after Launch is paid in full, whichever comes first. Within twelve months of that start, 100% of the Launch price counts toward Foundation; from the thirteenth through the twenty-fourth month the credit is a fixed $500; after twenty-four months there is no credit. Upgrading means paying the Foundation deposit within the window. The remaining balance follows Foundation's listed price on the day of the upgrade — at today's prices the $1,100 difference is paid as two payments of $550 on the usual half-and-half schedule. The credit is limited to one per business entity, applies to the build price only and not to Website Care or Growth, and requires Launch to be fully paid with no refund or chargeback on record. If a payment behind a used credit is later charged back, the credited amount is immediately added to the Foundation balance due. The credit cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other credit or discount.

Growth, Optional at $597 per Month

Growth is an optional month-to-month service at $597 per month, starting the fourth month after launch. Each month it covers Google Business Profile management with up to five posts, up to five tracked search phrases, up to ten review replies, and one written report in plain English. Website Care is included while Growth is active. It starts only if the client opts in, is billed monthly, and can be cancelled by email before the next monthly billing date.

Website Care, Optional at $697 per Year

Website Care is an optional annual service at $697 per year. It covers hosting, monitoring, and reporting for the site we built, plus up to twelve small content changes per year — up to one each month, submitted as a single request, and unused months do not roll over. That is a separate thing from the two small changes per month included during the first three months after launch. Care does not include local search work, content production, or advertising. It starts only with separate authorization, does not renew automatically, and can be cancelled by email before the next annual renewal date. Cancelling does not affect website ownership.

Website Care Basic, Optional at $397 per Year

Website Care Basic is an optional annual service at $397 per year, available only for Launch websites. It covers hosting and looking after the site, uptime monitoring, and up to five small content changes per year. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it is done. A Launch site on Care Basic can move up to Website Care at $697 per year at any time. Like Website Care, it starts only with separate authorization, does not renew automatically, and can be cancelled by email before the next annual renewal date.

Hosting, and What Happens If You Stop Paying

There are three situations, and none of them take your site away. With Website Care, we host the site, keep an eye on it, and report on it. Without Care, the site stays online as a static site on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee — we do not change it, monitor it, or report on it. If you decide to leave, we hand over a static export of the site and help move the DNS, and there is no exit fee. Your site is never held hostage.

Scope and Ownership

Pages, features, responsibilities, and scope are agreed in writing. Added work needs written approval and separate pricing. After full payment, the client owns the final site-specific deliverables. PlumberWebPros retains reusable tools, components, systems, workflows, and know-how.

Optional Case Study

A client who separately authorizes agreed case-study materials and honest feedback may receive three complimentary months of Website Care. Positive feedback and public reviews are not required or rewarded. Any incentive connected to published feedback will be disclosed.

Third-Party Services and Results

Third-party services have their own terms, fees, and availability. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, revenue, conversion rates, performance scores, or uninterrupted operation.

Liability and Governing Law

Where permitted by law, indirect damages are excluded and total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service. Wyoming law governs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
